All the uploading is done with the Wowhead Client. Make sure you have the latest version by launching it first.  Blood Brothers BloodCoins  Users who are running the Client will automatically have their data gathered and updated over time—when you log into a character and open the window that has the relevant information in it, the Client will automatically record that data.
If you want to update your data immediately, just log in on the character you want to update and type /wl collect. Cheap Blood Brothers BloodCoins   As soon as you do, your recipe/mount/pet/quest information will be saved—then all you have to do is exit the program, run the Wowhead Client, and click Upload. All of the characters you upload data for will automatically appear on the Characters tab on your user page, Island Empire Gems   be resynced to show your most current gear, and will have their extra tabs populated!
Note: It may take up to 1 minute for the quest data to be retrieved if you're outside of a capital city or an inn.  Island Empire Precious Gems  The Wowhead Looter will let you know in the chat log when the data is obtained.

Energy is used to do missions, attack raid monsters and to do event missions, the uses of energy could be changed in further events, but these are the basic options. coc gems  The amount of energy you consume doing a mission is always stated when doing them, but the cost tend to rise the more you progress in the missions or in the events.  buy coc gems  Although there are some points when the cost can decrease,  Kingdoms Of Camelot Gems but the general tendency is for it to rise. Investing in energy currently is one of the most efficient ways to level up, gain monsters and gain power, this might change in future meta changes.

They are also good for defense

Attacking at a distance is a good thing. You can take down outer lying buildings in the beginning with archers as  Kingdoms Of Camelot Gems well as at the end. Can't tell you how many times I've been attacking and gotten to only archers and they pull through with those extra couple buildings needed to win the match. Sometimes because the last handful are out of the LOS for defenses. 

They are also good for defense. Buy Cheap Kingdoms Of Camelot Gems   I like to have archers in my clan hall at all times.

I really love flooding into a broken wall segment with a zerg of barbs,  coc gem  but nothing beats some or many well placed archers  cheap coc gem  taking down everything in their wake.
